Return & Refund Policy – Ride or Rot

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem. Reach out and we’ll get you swapped out as long as inventory is available.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items
  • Final sale or limited drops
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order shows up messed up or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
